DELHI TWP. - Workers have broken ground on a new road that is expected to help traffic flow in a busy business district while paving the way for more growth. Dart Development's purchase of an additional 41 acres of land adjacent to its Oakwood Executive Park will bring the total office park to 100 acres, according to spokesperson Steve Mills. Red Cedar Gymnastics LLC has signed a lease to move into a 19,300 square foot space
in the Oakwood Executive Park, which straddles Lansing and Delhi Township. The company
is Oakwood's sixth new tenant in the past five months, said Marsha Zimmerman, marketing
specialist for Mason-based Dart Development Corp., the park's owner. Red Cedar Gymnastics
will consolidate its facilities into a new building in the Lansing section of the
62-acre park, owner Jamie Boyd Hamilton said. It's expected to move in Sept. 1.
