Chemical company relocates to township

DELHI TWP. - A new building is being built in Delhi Township despite economic woes. The growth is happening in the township's executive office park area near Jolly and Dunckel Roads and includes a chemical company moving from Minnesota. The company, Draths Corporation, will occupy 75 percent of a 40,000 square foot building on English Oak Drive. The building is owned by Dart Development, which plans to use the remaining space for another tenant. Dart has been busy in that part of Delhi Township, expanding Oakwood Executive Park by 40,000 square feet and bringing in businesses to fill the space...(View article)

New Road will alleviate traffic

DELHI TWP. - Workers have broken ground on a new road that is expected to help traffic flow in a busy business district while paving the way for more growth. Dart Development's purchase of an additional 41 acres of land adjacent to its Oakwood Executive Park will bring the total office park to 100 acres, according to spokesperson Steve Mills. Red Cedar Gymnastics LLC has signed a lease to move into a 19,300 square foot space in the Oakwood Executive Park, which straddles Lansing and Delhi Township. The company is Oakwood's sixth new tenant in the past five months, said Marsha Zimmerman, marketing specialist for Mason-based Dart Development Corp., the park's owner.
